Mr. Applebaum has had extensive accounting experience at both the public and private levels. He has experience in all levels of general accounting services including reviews, compilations, and certified audits. He has provided accounting services to a wide variety of privately-held businesses with particular emphasis in the retail automobile industry.

Mr. Applebaum's experience includes extensive work in taxation, including tax return preparation, tax planning and audit representation with federal and state authorities for individuals, partnerships and corporations as well as buy-sell agreement consultation. Mr. Applebaum also has provided litigation support in connection with divorce and valuation proceedings as well as loss verification in employee dishonesty matters.

In addition to accounting and taxation services, Mr. Applebaum specializes in providing business system and internal control reviews to the retail automobile industry. His experience as a controller of two automobile dealerships has provided insight and ability to identify and resolve a wide variety of problems found throughout automobile dealerships.

Scott M. Biehl, CPA

Mr. Biehl has performed various general accounting services including audits, reviews and compilations, as well as highly specialized management consulting involving internal control reviews.

Mr. Biehl’s experience also includes the areas of taxation and litigation support. He has been active in all phases of tax planning and consultation, tax return preparation, representation at various levels of tax audits,  and buy-sell agreement consultation.  Mr. Biehl has provided litigation support in a number of matters, including review of records related to loss verification and responsibility in employee theft proceedings, and loss of business earnings.

Mr. Biehl specializes in providing accounting services to closely-held corporations and professionals. Client companies fall into a number of different industry groups, including light manufacturing, construction and metal fabrication.  Mr. Biehl has developed particular expertise in the retail automobile industry.

Andy R. Jones, CPA

Mr. Jones began his career as a staff accountant with Rogers, Clem & Company after graduating in 2004.  He was admitted as a shareholder of the firm in 2010.  Throughout his progression at Rogers, Clem and Company, Mr. Jones has gained practical experience in all aspects of accounting including financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, tax planning, income tax preparation, business acquisitions and consultation. Although the firm represents clients in numerous industries including manufacturing, real estate and agriculture, Mr. Jones has developed a deep knowledge of the auto dealership industry, as the firm represents approximately 100 auto dealership clients. Mr. Jones has experience in a wide array of industries with particular experience in automobile dealerships.
